Mallory Joest

Mallory is a University of Southern Indiana graduate with a BS in Accounting & Professional Services.  She has over 12 years of experience in accounting, including the nonprofit industry.  With a strong background in GL accounting, budget analysis, and process improvement, she is driven by a deep commitment to financial accuracy and efficiency.  Passionate about the work at We Bloom, she believes every individual has inherent worth and potential and understands the importance of providing support.  She advocates for mental health both through her role at We Bloom and her own nonprofit business.  Outside of work, Mallory enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves weightlifting and running.
